Capture Development / Proposal Manager
Alexandria, VA

MUST:
Active Secret clearance is preferred
Experienced Capture Development Analyst
6+ years of experience supporting business development and capture activities within the Federal market
Strong Proposal experience in responding to RFP, RFQ, Market Surveys, RFI, etc.
Expertise with General Services Administration (GSA) and the ability to grow company GSA footprint
Demonstrate ability to shape winning solutions to RFP, RFQ, TORs
Proven track record delivering account growth in the Federal market
Strong written and oral communication
BS degree required

DUTIES:
Develop, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using Business Development techniques
Qualify opportunities and providing gap analysis recommendations by searching through BGov , GovWin and other tools
Assist in preparing capture documentation consistent with approved processes and procedures
Assist in writing and researching information for white papers, proposals, and sources sought requests
Engage users and stakeholders in business development activities and assisting in the development of deliverables
Support tactical and strategic planning for a wide variety of existing projects and new opportunities
Provide reports on and updates capture decks to manage opportunities through the Salesforce Process
Develop and present capture management reports and briefings
Assist on development and maintenance of pipelines
Attends events and industry days, and does strategic research and analysis to gather Client on opportunities in the capture stages
Support the creation, curation and dissemination of capture tools across the enterprise.
Aggregate reports and analysis on capture performance and effectiveness
Make recommendations on improvements based on performance data
Ability to build a GovCon pipeline
Ability to Member Team Partner Relationships
Create Compliance Matrix
Support Capture Activities Pre/Post award
