Job Description:

Griswold Home Care is a premier home care company focused on helping seniors age comfortably in their own homes and is dedicated to maintaining the dignity and well-being of each client we serve. We are looking for a compassionate, high-energy, results driven individual to join our that is repeatedly rated a Home Care Employer of Choice. We are looking for a business development manager who adheres to our philosophy of caring. This is a performance-based health care sales position, and you will be responsible for generating business and meeting targets from a network of referral sources including hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community at large.

Responsibilities:

* Successfully executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.
* Offer group presentations, one-on-one meetings, and other avenues to develop and maintain new business opportunities.
* Develop strong, ongoing relationships with referral and community partners, including, hospitals, community agencies on aging, rehabs, assisted livings, hospices, and other home health agencies.
* Use a CRM system to monitor current referral relationships through tracking and reporting of daily sales call activity and planning of next steps.
* Aid in business development through managing social media and other online platforms by creating engaging and informational content on a regular basis.

Requirements:

* Must pass criminal and driving record check. An acceptable criminal record and driving check is required and must be maintained.
* Must be a driver and willing to use personal vehicle to travel to referral and other off-site locations (will be reimbursed for miles traveled).
* A Bachelor's Degree is required.
* A Highly self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

The preferred candidate will have:

* 2+ years Business Development/marketing experience, healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
* A proven track record with experience in business development, sales, and managing customer relationships.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
