Project Manager (E30-22-1150-F):
Bowhead seeks a Project Manager to support a new award contract,
beginning August 15. The Project Manager will work directly with
the Program Manager and customer stakeholders to coordinate and
collaborate across multiple teams managing multiple initiatives
simultaneously. Will work directly with the client developing
management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and
methodology; analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission
or operating procedures.
Job Duties to include but not limited to:
--- developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing
cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected
programs;
--- analyzing information to develop program reporting systems
including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical
techniques, and systems evaluation methodology;
--- analyzing new or proposed legislation, regulations, or
requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering
design, or security;
--- developing management and/or program evaluation plans,
procedures, and methodology;
--- analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission or
operating procedures.
Requirements
--- Five (5) years general experience which includes four (4) years
specialized experience in analyzing and evaluating the
effectiveness of program operations
--- Experience related to Gun Weapon Systems and/or Navy
programs.
--- Experience related to weapons systems and/or Navy programs.
--- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office
software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
--- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
and outside contacts
--- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability
to work alone or as part of a team
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security
clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for
Secret clearance at this location.
