Our work maximizes results through the use of cutting-edge technologies and innovation, organizational development, and evidence-based decision-making.The Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager in the overall management, coordination and monitoring of all work ordered and performed under this task order. They will be responsible for quality control of all deliverables, including reports, evaluations, assessments, dashboards and other research products. They will support the development of assessment and evaluation strategies, as well as data collection, survey and reporting tools. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of project management experience in a U.S. government setting, including delegating and tracking the status of tasks and lines of effort across geographically dispersed teams (spanning highly different time zones), mitigating risks to completion of tasks, ensuring deliverables are quality controlled prior to delivery to the government client, facilitating team collaboration, anticipating and proactively finding efficiencies and creating new processes when needed.
  • 1 year of contract management experience in a government setting, including communicating and presenting information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters, monitor key contractual milestones, facilitating phase in and phase out, and resolving any contract-related problems that arise.
  • 7 years of experience with content management, including correcting grammar, spelling and punctuation errors; arranging page layouts to include written content as well as elements like graphs and charts.
  • 3 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • 3 years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations.Preferred Qualifications - 5 years of experience serving in a U.S, defense institution, either as a military officer or as a Department of Defense civilian.- A Master's degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.- DoD Top Secret clearance.This position is for a proposal and is contingent upon the contract being awarded to our organization.
