  • Analyzes project requirements in the areas of business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and support requirements, and performs other related analyst/management activities required for successful completion of required tasks.
  • Assists with impact studies, cost/benefit analyses, dependency models, and project tracking methodologies to ensure the success and efficiency of assigned projects.
  • Provides support for critical operations related to Comptroller Functions, Acquisition, Navy ERP training and implementation, and Navy ERP role mapping. Demonstrated experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, successful completion of critical path events, and project tracking.
  • Perform the following tasks: Obtain project data including but not limited to financial and schedule information from project team & update existing access database
  • Compile, and track, information for Engineering Change Request documents for projects
  • Collect and format financial and status data for reports and project reviews
  • Attend weekly meetings for projects, document minutes, track open actions and design changes
  • Assist project lead in tracking spending & recoveries on specific charge numbers
  • Assemble and submit biweekly project status report to branch head
  • Create and interpret organizational and MS project schedules
  • Report schedules to branch and division heads
  • Convert complex schedules into simplified schedules for briefing
  • Create divisional and branch reportsMust-haves:
    • BS or BA degree in business, management or a technical discipline. In lieu of BS/BA Degree, a total of 11 years experience OR an AS/AA degree and 9 years of experience in performing the stated functions.
    • This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft SharePoint, especially MS Project.
