security.Position SummaryThe Inside Channel Account Manager will
use foundational channel sales experience, honed customer service
skills, and their passion for developing and maintaining
relationships to support (ISC) 2 Official Training Provider (OTP)
Partners in multiple regions. This is a full time remote position
in the US.ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently support
Official Training Provider (OTP) Partners with sales and marketing
efforts in a territory that consists of North America, LATAM, &
EMEAWork closely with partners to identify needs and answer
questions about (ISC) 2 training and certification products and
partnership featuresCommunicate the latest information about new
products, updates and enhancements Manage leads and
revenue-generating sales activities with the partnersCoordinate
sales, marketing programs and training for partnersEvaluate OTP
performance and recommend improvementsHandle initial
inquiries/applications from prospective partnersCollaborate with
Channel Account Executives on day-to-day partner activitiesManage
sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify potential leads
and opportunities to optimize sales performance utilizing
SalesforceWork with partners to develop sales proposals, quotes,
and pricingsResearch and suggest cross-selling opportunities within
the organization to identify how to provide more value with
products within the channelCollaborate with Marketing,
Communications, Education and other teams on key OTP support
activities such as, instructor onboarding and providing content for
marketing programs, etc.Stay current with market trends and
competitor activitiesMiscellaneous duties as assigned
QualificationsUniversity degree preferred; will consider relevant
work experience in lieu of a degree At least 2 years of work
experience in channel sales or inside sales role, using
consultative sales techniques 2 years' experience carrying annual
quotas of $500k to $1M, working in various markets; Latin America
and EMEA Region experience highly preferred Candidates must be able
to communicate fluently (speak, read, write) in English and Spanish
(Mexican/Central American)Intermediate proficiency in using the
internet, web based applications, and MS Office products, including
Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word1 year of experience using
Salesforce or similar CRM platform highly desiredPrevious
experience in selling training and certification preferredGeneral
knowledge in IT and/or cybersecurity preferredSkills/Competencies:
