Our top-notch leadership team has built relationships into our cultural DNA. You may be the right visionary to guide this team from strategy to action if your collaborative style has generated proven results in growing a credit union, innovating and implementing new ways of serving members (including through leveraging technology), and inspiring teams along the way. You are a leader who listens first, then connects a vison to strategic actions that others are enthusiastic about supporting. Relationships have likely been key to your success, with your involvement in building CUSOs, engaging in advocacy efforts for the system, and partnering with mission-driven community organizations leading to new business growth. Your communication style has created a reputation that you are trustworthy, collaborative, and always about the team. Your track record has demonstrated that this collaborative and visionary style leads to results, demonstrated in both the success of financial institutions and programs you have led, as well as in the growth of the individuals you have recruited, developed, and retained on your teams.
