• We are looking for a full time RN Clinical Manager to manage and lead our Ambulatory locations.
• This individual will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working as an RN in an outpatient setting with 1 or more years experience working in a supervisor, manager or lead role.

  Self-directed with ability to tolerate frequent interruptions and a demanding workload. General knowledge of payer industry, resource management and evidence based clinical practice.
  Clinical knowledge of the health or social work needs for the population served.
  Advanced verbal and written communication, outstanding problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  Proficient in English.
  Strong project management skills.
  Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large diverse staff and interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  Excellent people and critical thinking skills.

  Education
  Education Required. BSN, MSW, MHA or related Bachelor's Degree. Masters in related field. Description Minimum Required Preferred / Desired
  
  Experience
  
  Experience in acute and/or post-acute clinical care related to program scope or relevant clinical experience to include supervisory/managerial experience. 3 - 5 years of experience related to the clinical scope.
  Minimum 1 year direct supervisor/manager/team lead experience. 5 - 7 years of healthcare experience and/or population health at a supervisor or manager level.
  
  Requirements
