RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Manager, Finance Systems. Summary: The candidate will be responsible for managing financial systems and coordinating system upgrade activity, responding to issues, providing end user application support, developing system processes and policies, performing business and systems analysis work, updating technical procedures documents, and providing technical leadership.Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree and minimum eight (8) years of experience in Information Systems, Finance, or other analytics-related fields, or related field required* Minimum of eight (8) years of Financial Services experience is required* Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory/Assistant Manager experience* Strong Project Management skills* Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint* Experience with Peoplesoft Financials, Hogan, Oracle Systems and Tableau, SQL preferred* Solid understanding of the finance function, operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices* Basic understanding of ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting financial processes and extensive experience with system implementations, process improvement and project management methodologiesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
