help. As a NDT Technician, you are expected to support projects
from conception to completion. Projects will involve independent
work and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. In
the NDT Tech role, you are expected to delight the customer by

steward by overseeing the procurement and upkeep of equipment and
tools. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and

the job for you. We are currently seeking a Nondestructive Testing
(NDT) Technician. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very
detail oriented, possesses strong written and verbal communication
skills, and has significant experience in supporting critical
infrastructure. They will possess the ability to design, develop,
and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
This role requires both independent contribution as well as the
ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. The scope of
projects will include, but is not limited to, the improvement of
electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation
systems. An expert level of understanding of these systems is
desirable, as the individual will be expected to identify areas for
improvement as well as act on data provided from other teams and
organizations. Candidate must meet and maintain all eligibility
requirements to drive a company service vehicle, including but not
limited to: must have a valid driver's license issued by the state
in which they reside. Key job responsibilities: Apply
non-destructive testing techniques to install, maintain, and
troubleshoot all data center critical systems including power
distribution, mechanical, plumbing, building automation,
structural, and all other equipment that supports the critical
operation. Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and to
promote safe working across the site. Remain cognizant of and act
in compliance with all security protocols. Interact with engineers,
technicians, project managers and management on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels
in the organization. Ensure consistency in deployed configurations
and track exceptions for follow up. Execute predictive and
preventive maintenance programs. Document all inspection
discrepancies and defects in detailed reports Ability to interpret
inspection data and create qualitative and quantitative analysis
Provide support for planned and unplanned outages. Provide cross
functional support for ATS and Battery teams. Physical
Requirements: Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in the
following physical conditions with reasonable accommodations: -Wear
all required and provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
within a Data Center Environment. -Walk job sites in uneven

while coordinating regional resources to facilitate smooth work

operations of data center critical systems, to include power
distribution, mechanical, plumbing, building automation,
structural, and other equipment that supports the critical
operation. To be successful in this role you should be highly

communication skills, strong computer literacy, and have
significant experience in supporting critical infrastructure. You
will design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address
operational challenges. This role will showcase your independent

of key electrical competencies and theory - 1 year of experience in
data center or mission-critical facility operations (e.g.,
hospitals, military installations, public safety facilities,
manufacturing); OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field
(e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear
Engineering, Physics); OR trade school training/certification. -
Proficiency in identifying safety concerns and maintaining a secure
work environment in compliance with NFPA 70E guidelines. - Basic
