Job Description Job Description CNC Machine Operator Pay:
$24-27/hr. (depending on experience level) 15% shift differential
Shift: Mon-Thu (3:30pm to 2am) - Must be able to train on 1st shift
for 2-4 weeks Description: The CNC Machine Operator will be
responsible for running the cutting system that can cut up to 10"
thick carbon steel plate and up to 6 1/4" thick stainless steel
plate with gantry-type machining center capabilities. The
360-degree contour beveling capabilities lets us cut bevels in
steel, aluminum, and many other alloy metals. Requirements: 1 years
of experience operating cutting equipment in a metal shop with a
laser, waterjet, and/or plasma table Ability to work in a safe,
cautious manner, exercising care and concern for the people,
equipment, and product Knowledge of large material handling
Competency in being able to prioritize, make decisions, follow
instructions, recognize and adhere to standards of quality Work
independently or with others; demonstrating responsible behavior
and attention to detail Ability to perform preventive maintenance
measures to ensure safety of equipment and work environment
Knowledge of crane rigging experience with large parts is a huge
plus (the overhead crane system has a max lifting capability of 50
tons with 31' height) Ability to read and work off of blueprints
