Job Description:

Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and analyzing
HVAC systems across various projects. Your insights will help drive
our mission of improving the sustainability, security, and
efficiency of buildings globally, leveraging our cutting-edge
technology and deep commitment to innovation and customer
satisfaction. Conduct detailed surveys of HVAC systems in
residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Analyze system
performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to
optimize energy use and enhance system reliability. Collaborate
with engineering teams to design or modify HVAC systems based on
survey outcomes. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of
findings for each survey conducted. Engage with clients to discuss
survey findings and suggest modifications or upgrades. Ensure
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated
on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Proficient in using HVAC design and analysis software (e.g.,
AutoCAD, Revit). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
in various environments, from offices to construction sites.
Knowledge of current HVAC standards and protocols. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified HVAC
Designer (CHD) preferred. EPA Section 608 Certification for
handling refrigerants.
