As a DevOps engineer, you know how to set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks. On our team of cloud experts, you'll use your configuration management and provision know-how to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We're looking for someone like you to help law enforcement.

As a DevOps engineer, you'll collaborate with cloud architects and engineers specializing in security to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You'll have the chance to demonstrate your expertise within a DevOps framework to establish networks and use cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure to further your clients' meaningful missions.

With access to our internal innovative labs, you'll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients' challenges, and you'll work with your team and stakeholders to deliver the right technical solutions. You Have:

Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation

Experience with DevOps in Cloud environment

Experience with managing containerized environments and working in Linux-based environments

Experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, OWASP, or Helm Charts

Top Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with managing environments with 100+ servers

Experience with deploying and patching Open Source applications

Experience with Java and AWS

Experience with deploying software on container platforms

Experience with the implementation of performance monitoring and optimization for infrastructure and applications

Experience with infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

Experience with task automation using Bash, Python, Batch, or PowerShell

Experience with configuration management using Ansible

Experience with using version control tools

Experience with working on an agile team

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
