We are seeking experienced RF Engineers to support the development of next generation Radio Frequency and Spectrum Management systems. The right candidate will also be interested in taking on a Project Leadership role assisting in the day to day management of the project. For the right candidate, the Project Lead responsibilities may include: * Managing project schedules, staffing requirements, and deliverables * Managing program risks and develop comprehensive risk-management processes for the project * Planning and define project goals and devise methods to accomplish them * Developing in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies * Coordinating with corporate support functions to ensure successful project execution * Planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project * Working with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of the project; ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans * Monitoring and reporting to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical Engineering and specifically RF Engineering and Spectrum Monitoring/Management technologies: * BS (Masters preferred) in Electrical, RF, Computer, or similar engineering/technical discipline * Experience with RF-based integrated solutions in support of SIGINT, COMINT, and/or Electronic Warfare (EW) missions * Experience in the design, development, fabrication, and test of printed circuit boards. * Experience in LabView, MatLab, and other automation or test software applications * Experience in RF signal quality testing using the latest in high-end signal generators and Vector Network Analyzers * Experience with Digital and analog control systems, power electronics, electromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigation techniques, transformer design, DC to DC converters, and high voltage capacitors. * Experience in RF and microwave signal generation and test equipment; vacuum devices, tubes, radars and high power RF systems; and digital signal processing. * Experience with FPGA and DSP design efforts related to RF and Spectrum systems * Experience in design, development, test, and evaluation of a wide variety of RF sensors, antennas and systems. * Experience with test planning and instrumentation requirements analysis, procurement, configuration, and operation including computer-based data acquisition systems. * Experience with systems analysis, technical documentation, maintenance, repair, operation, and support. * Experience manufacturing parts to create interfaces with commercial off the shelf systems. * U.S. citizens ONLY due to government or federal requirement. * Secret Clearance required. Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
