Job Description:
Constellation, a leading provider in the energy sector offering
innovative power, natural gas, renewable energy solutions, and
effective energy management services designed for a broad spectrum
of clients including homes, businesses, and public sectors, is
currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Field Operations. This
role is pivotal in ensuring the high standards of operational
excellence and compliance with regulations in the field. The ideal
candidate will direct, oversee, and optimize field operations while
ensuring safety and efficiency. Supervise and manage field
operational staff, ensuring proper scheduling and deployment of
human resources. Oversee the daily operations of installing,
maintaining, and repairing utility systems. Ensure strict
compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. Manage
project timelines, including planning, scheduling, and logistics to
guarantee timely completion of projects. Conduct regular
inspections and audits to ensure all equipment and operations
adhere to applicable standards and regulations. Promote a culture
of safety and environmental responsibility within the team. Prepare
timely and detailed reports on field operations for upper
management. Manage and forecast inventory supplies needed for all
field operations. Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills In-depth
knowledge of industry regulation compliance standards Technical
proficiency with utility systems and energy management Ability to
troubleshoot complex operational issues Excellent communication
skills for maintaining effective relationships with vendors, team
