Job Description:

Garud is seeking a ACIIC CI SME/Instructor to work with our client. This role will be responsible for providing advanced Counterintelligence operations and instruction supporting Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) specifically supporting Advanced CI Investigations Course (ACIIC) support.

Responsible for training students proficiently to independently conduct Counterintelligence investigations to determine whether a particular person is acting for or on behalf of, or an event is related to, a Foreign Intelligence Entity, as well as determine actions to identify the appropriate resolution.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, including weekends during course(s).
Devise plans that leverage all CI functions and investigative tools.
Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.

Skills & Abilities:

Experience employing a variety of learning techniques, i.e., eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
Candidates must be able to sit and stand for up to two (2) hours at one time; and be able to walk for up to five (5) hours in one day.

Education and Experience:

Must be a graduate from an accredited Cl Special Agent credentialing school.JCITA NSIC, ACIIC, AFCITC or an equivalent course (subject to approval by the customer)


Must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising or instructing CI collection/ surveillance.
Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities (FIE) methodologies.

Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens
TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain Polygraph.
