Job Description:
Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested
applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be

who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will coordinate the
development and maintenance of an institutional strategic planning
and program review process to meet compliance requirements. You
will perform a variety of educational and administrative
assignments in direct support of academic operations. You will
coordinate, develop and maintain planning materials, goals, and
objectives; and research, interpret, analyze and explain student
data and information to assist administrators developing and
monitoring college plans. You will coordinate institutional master
planning efforts and program review. You will provide assistance
and counsel in the analysis and interpretation of academic, student
and administrative data in support of data-driven decision-making.
You will integrate statistical and planning software, processes and
models including data warehousing and client server database
procedures with academic master planning. You will provide detailed
and technical information concerning related data, research,
projects, reports, studies, systems, practices, measures, programs,
policies and procedures. You will promote research projects and
services and encourage collaboration, teamwork and positive working
relationships among administrators, faculty, staff, and community
leadership. You will plan, organize, control and direct operations
and activities involved in the research, review, analysis,
interpretation and reporting of variety data and information used
in assessing institutional effectiveness. Requirements Conditions
of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at
least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent
experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience
must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must
demonstrate performing the following duties: 1.) Conducting
assessments of academic, student and administrative programs; 2.)
Conducting assessments of student enrollment data to provide
recommendations to academic leadership; and 3.) Supporting
institutional research programs to obtain or maintain academic
accreditation, credentialing, and certifications. Additional

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including
volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g.,

student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies,
knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and
experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education

qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management
(OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess:
Basic Requirements: Degree: that included or was supplemented by at
least 24 semester hours in a field related to the work of the
position to be filled, of which at least 9 semester hours must have
been in education courses. or Combination of education and
experience -- at least 24 semester hours in a field related to the
work of the position to be filled, of which at least 9 semester
hours must have been in education courses, plus appropriate
experience or additional education. The experience must reflect the
level and kind described in C below. or Four years of experience
that demonstrated a thorough understanding of the principles and
practices underlying the work of this series. This experience must
have been of such character and diversity to demonstrate that the
applicant possesses an understanding of the field comparable to
that normally acquired through successful completion of a full
4-year course of study in an accredited college or university. or
At least 1 full academic year of professional teaching experience.
This experience is defined as full and primary responsibility,
under general supervision, for instruction of assigned students in
an accredited school or institution. This includes responsibility
for preparing and presenting lessons and for evaluating students'
progress, including a determination of the students' success or
failure according to established criteria. Serving in an assistant
capacity to a professor without the authority to determine the
students' success or failure to meet course requirements does not
meet this criterion. Additional Information COVID VACCINATION
