Who You'll Be a Great Fit If: You've worked as a server, bartender, or hospitality professional and want better hours and better pay You're a quick-lane advisor who mostly sold maintenance and oil changes and wants to grow You're an advisor assistant or junior advisor ready to step up You're curious, coachable, and comfortable talking to customers all day You want to learn automotive sales the right way, not the pushy way No ego required. What You'll Do: Greet customers and build real relationships Explain maintenance, repairs, and performance work in plain English Learn how to sell based on trust, not pressure Work closely with technicians and management to guide repairs Use Tekmetric and digital inspections to communicate clearly Grow into a full Service Advisor role as fast as you're ready We're happy to train someone new who fits our culture and wants a long-term career.
