Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: - Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion - Estimate time and extent of repairs - Complete service tickets and paperwork electronically to submit to the office - Perform routine preventive maintenance - Light construction that involves excavating - Maintain material and supply inventory - Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary - Maintain company vehicle - Travel from property to property for work orders Qualifications: - Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields - Highly Skilled in plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs - Highly Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving - Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment - Ability to handle physical workload - Deadline and detail-oriented - Ability to effectively work independently and with a team. - Valid Driver's license with good driving record
