Apartments KRS Holdings is hiring a Residential Maintenance
Technician to work at our apartment communities in the Richmond
area. We’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and ready to
work. HVAC experience is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30
AM–5:00 PM On-call rotation for emergencies Pay & Perks:

Electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs Flooring, drywall,
doors, locks, and lighting Make-ready apartments for new move-ins
Move appliances and remove abandoned items Help keep grounds clean
and safe Requirements: 3 years maintenance or construction
experience Own tools Valid driver’s license and reliable truck Must
