Job Description Job Description Job Title: Construction Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a long-term role managing several projects at Dulles Airport. Our client specializes in interior commercial construction across various sectors including aviation, educational, commercial, government, hospitality, and tenant fit-outs. The Project Manager will oversee the construction and management of multiple contracts, ensuring successful completion from bid to award to project close. Responsibilities Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage projects ranging from $100k to $10M from bid to award to completion. Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents. Manage the RFI and submittal process. Create and maintain project schedules. Bid new projects, conduct scope reviews, and coordinate with subcontractors for project estimates. Review, process, and negotiate change orders. Create and track project budgets. Engage in marketing and business development activities. Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously. Essential Skills 5 years of experience as a General Contractor Project Manager. Proven experience in commercial construction including scheduling, RFIs, and submittals. Must have experience with airport projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications Opportunity for certification and advancement to Project Manager track. Experience in construction management, GMP projects, fast track tenant build-outs, interior renovations, design-build, and base building projects. Work Environment The Project Manager will work both in the office located in Fairfax, VA and on-site at Dulles Airport. The work environment is open and team-oriented, with direct collaboration with company owners and executives. The company is mid-sized, with annual performance reaching $50M. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
