Liberty Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Assistant Superintendent to join our Field Operations team. This
role is essential to the success of our fast-paced, interior
healthcare build-outs—ranging from 90 to 120 days in duration and
valued between $300K to $1M. The Assistant Superintendent will work
on-site to coordinate trades, manage project schedules, and support
quality execution alongside a Senior Superintendent and Project
Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a construction
professional with 2 years of commercial experience, looking to
expand their responsibilities and grow into a leadership role.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day field coordination,
communication with architects and owners, and maintaining project
momentum from ground-up through punchlist. Who We Are Founded in

at libertycd.com . Key Responsibilities Assist in managing on-site
construction for multiple healthcare interior fit-out projects.
Support daily field operations and schedule adherence to meet
critical project milestones. Coordinate subcontractor activities
and material deliveries. Maintain updated job site documentation
using Procore or similar software. Conduct quality control
inspections and help ensure safety compliance. Communicate
effectively with Project Managers, Architects, Owners, and
subcontractors. Address RFIs, change orders, and punch list items
in collaboration with the Senior Superintendent. Ensure high-end
finishes and professional standards are consistently met.
Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
preferred. Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
(healthcare preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a field
supervision role for interior fit-out projects. Proficient in
reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings/specs.
Experience with Procore or similar software (RFIs, punch lists,
markups). Strong communication skills and ability to write
professional, technical emails. Must possess a valid driver’s
license and reliable personal vehicle. OSHA 30 certification
