Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Digital
Advertising Specialist with strong analytics and graphic design
skills to join our marketing team. As a Digital Advertising
Specialist with Graphic Design Skills, you will play a pivotal role
in developing and executing visually appealing and high-performing
digital ad campaigns across various platforms. Moreover, you should
possess a strong understanding of Google Analytics and landing page
optimization to maximize lead conversion from advertising
campaigns.Responsibilities:Digital Advertising
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital
advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences,
industry trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign
strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the
target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital advertising
campaigns and corporate website traffic using relevant analytics
tools.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad elements such as headlines, visuals,
calls-to-action, and landing pages to optimize campaign
performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance campaign
strategies, targeting parameters, and creative designs.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations
Graphic Design
- Design visually engaging and effective ad creatives, including
static images, GIFs, animations, and videos, using
industry-standard design software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design
graphics for various digital marketing assets, such as banners,
landing pages, social media posts, and email templates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital advertising best
practices, and design innovations to ensure campaigns remain
relevant and impactful.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or
a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (6 years) in digital advertising campaign
management, with a strong understanding of ad platforms and
optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative
Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience creating a
wide range of visual content.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing, data analysis, and campaign
optimization strategies.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the
ability to generate unique and effective design concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with
cross-functional teams and articulate design choices.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work
and examples of successful digital advertising campaigns.Additional
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic design implementation on
digital platforms.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for creating effective
landing pages and user experiences.Certifications
