Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Program Administrator to support the I3TS
program at Ft. Belvoir, VA. This role provides critical
administrative and coordination support to the Program Management
Office (PMO) for a DoD customer, ensuring effective program
execution, operational efficiency, and timely response to mission
requirements. The selected candidate will serve as a central point
of coordination across program leadership, task area managers, and
back-office functions. This individual will play a key role in
maintaining program rhythm, facilitating communication, and
supporting data-driven responses to customer requests. This
position operates in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work
remotely up to two days per week, based on program needs.
CLEARANCE: DoD Active Secret clearance (minimum required). Must be
a U.S. Citizen. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage
calendars for program leadership, including scheduling meetings,
resolving conflicts, and prioritizing engagements Arrange meeting
logistics, including conference room reservations, visitor
coordination, and virtual meeting setup (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes,
and track action items to closure Support PMO operations by
coordinating program-level activities, maintaining integrated
schedules, and tracking deliverables and milestones Assist in the
preparation of program reports, briefings, and recurring status
updates Serve as a liaison between program teams and back-office
functions, including Quality, Staffing, Security, and Human
Resources Coordinate onboarding activities, clearance processing
support, access requests, and compliance-related actions Manage and
track customer Requests for Information (RFIs) and data calls
Coordinate with task area leads and functional teams to collect,
validate, and consolidate program data Ensure timely, accurate, and
complete responses to meet customer deadlines Maintain program
documentation, repositories, and administrative records in
accordance with Leidos and customer requirements Identify
opportunities to improve PMO processes, coordination workflows, and
communication practices Basic Qualifications: High school diploma
or equivalent and 6 years of prior relevant experience in program
administration, project coordination, or similar role. Active
Secret clearance (minimum required) Experience supporting programs
within a DoD or federal government environment Demonstrated ability
to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel,
PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to work effectively across
cross-functional teams and engage with all levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting a Program
Management Office (PMO) on a large, multi-task order program
Familiarity with program lifecycle management, reporting
requirements, and compliance processes in a DoD environment
Experience with task and workflow management tools (e.g.,
Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) Experience supporting customer data
calls, RFIs, or executive-level reporting If you're looking for

posting date as listed above. Pay Range: Pay Range $69,550.00 -
$125,725.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general
guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
