actively in search of a seasoned Project Coordinator adept at
steering projects to successful fruition, from inception to
completion to join our corporate team based out of our Lititz, PA
campus. This position reports to the General Manager of Residential
Installation Operations. What You Will Do: Responsible for Job
Setup through Service Titan Software. Confer with field managers &
sales staff on project details Create material & equipment
requisitions from warehouse/venders Produce and distribute project
documents. Review completion work orders/documents & final bill
Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to
quality standards. Provide backup support to the sales coordination
group Provide backup support to call center support queues Why You

You: 1 years' experience in a similar role providing project
coordination to a team dedicated to customer service. Experience
with Residential based mechanical/electrical/HVAC contracted
services are a definite plus. Reliable means of transportation is
required. The ability to organize efficiently is crucial, this
includes the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently,
and maintain orderly workflows. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Proficiency in office software such as
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
The capability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop
effective solutions. Understanding inquiries and the needs of our
Residential customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and
resolving concerns promptly. Knowledge of Service Titan Software is
a plus! $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, this is the anticipated range for
this role, those with skills above and beyond the requirements may
have a higher salary opportunity. This is a non-exempt position.
Full Time: 12pm-8pm or Part-Time: 4pm to 8pm. As part of our
standard hiring process, any candidate that is made an offer of
employment must have a background check, physical evaluation, drug
screening and motor vehicle record performed.
