Position Summary As a tax associate, you will provide tax and consulting services such as preparing federal and state tax returns , researching relevant tax issues , and communicating their impact on clients’ businesses. Additional responsibilities include preparing year-end tax projections and learning to develop and deliver tax planning strategies . As an audit associate, you will provide services related to planning assurance engagements and preparing financial statements , conducting testing procedures, identifying and assisting in the resolution of client issues , and other financial reporting matters. Basic qualifications for this associate-level position include: BS or MS in Accounting Solid academic performance and achievement in relevant areas of study Preferred qualifications for this associate-level position include: Technical accounting knowledge Problem solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently Effective time management skills Relevant internship or work experience is helpful, but not required This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$77,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
