Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily financial operations,
including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll
processing, and financial reporting. Support budget preparation and
monitor adherence to financial goals and objectives. Assist in
maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with
accounting policies and regulations. Coordinate with department
heads to manage expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
Handle billing and collections processes, including resolving
discrepancies and addressing inquiries from residents and families.
Support audits and ensure the timely submission of financial
reports and documentation. Assist in the implementation of business
strategies that improve operational efficiency and financial
performance. Provide customer service to residents, families, and
staff regarding billing and financial inquiries. Contribute to
innovative solutions that enhance systems and processes, ensuring
superior results. Minimum Qualifications Must possess, as a
minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor's degree
in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare
financial operations, bookkeeping, accounting practices, or
business office management. Strong understanding of financial
management, budgeting, and billing processes. Proficiency in
financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent
organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
