Job Description Join an amazing global healthcare organization with lots of opportunities for growth! /n/n Flexible Work Schedules ~ Opportunity to Cross-Train and Gain Valuable Experience ~ Networking Opportunities ~ And More /n/n /n/n Position Summary: /n/n The Speech Language Pathologist specializing in Acute Care: /n/n /n - /n Weekends preferred /n /n - /n Provides medically prescribed services for inpatients and/or outpatients to restore function, minimize disability following disease, or injury, and to assist the patient in reaching his/her maximum possible level of functioning to assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her disability. /n /n - /n The job duties are to provide assessments and treatment activities with patients. /n /n - /n Work frequently requires internal contacts outside the work group to exchange work-related information. /n /n - /n Contact with external contacts involves providing or getting factual information. /n /n - /n Requires normal courtesy and tact in dealing with others. /n /n /n/n /n/n Education: Required Licensure, Certification, Etc. /n/n /n - /n Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. /n /n - /n Current State licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required /n /n - /n Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association preferred. /n /n - /n Current CPR certification. /n /n /n/n Work Experience /n/n /n - /n Successful completion of Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship /n /n - /n Experience in a Post-Acute rehab setting required /n /n /n/n /n/n Salary Range: Minimum 51.00 per hour - Maximum 51.00 per hour.
