Position Summary:Is Bonaventure looking for you? You are a results-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager supporting Bonaventure. In this position you will report to the CFO and will be responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization. You will design, develop, implement, and improve systems and processes to drive the reporting and analysis needs of the business. You relish to collaborate with the various team members and business units to ensure clear communication, identifying and reviewing fiscal opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and providing visibility on profitability, liquidity, and long-term drivers to Bonaventure business. Are you ready to join a company that is experiencing exceptional growth despite the economic challenges of Covid; Do you want to reach your full potential, surrounded by stunning and exceptional colleagues, collaborating in achieving and exceeding personal and professional goals, then Bonaventure is the place to be!Accountabilities: * Accountability for budgeting, forecasting and advanced financial analysis across the enterprise* Design, develop, implement, and improve systems and processes to drive the reporting and analysis needs of the business* Build detailed short- and long-term financial models and dashboards that track and analyze key business drivers and trends; report key metrics in a manner that is easily understood by management and investors* Prepare liquidity analyses and forecasts to aid the Executive Team in monitoring the performance of the business* Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances while partnering with department heads on actions plans to manage variances* Ensure that the FP&A team is staffed with qualified financial staff capable of meeting the department's objectives and goals. Responsible for continued development of these team members* Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the company through strong financial support, helping them meet business objectives, increase revenue and revenue efficiency, and improve profitability. Who You Are:* Collaborator with proven experience working closely with operating managers throughout an organization * Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, solve problems, draw valid conclusions and make actionable recommendations in a timely and accurate manner * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA or MBA a plus and five plus years FP&A experience * Combination of Real Estate, Construction, or prior REIT experience required, multifamily is a plus* Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills requiredPhysical Requirements:? * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must be able to answer phone, listen and speak with callers and other staff members * The employee is required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach forward with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. * May require prolonged periods of sitting for use of the computer * May occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds?
