Job Description:
Neustar, Inc. seeks a Product Manager in McLean, VA Duties: Lead the product design, requirements generation,
and prioritization of new features for Activation and Website
Personalization Products. Identify opportunities and support cross-channel data
activation initiatives by integrating with Linear/Set Top Box/Smart TV and
digital personalization ecosystems. Serve as the internal subject matter
expert (SME) and evangelist. Plan sprints, prioritize backlog
resolution, and manage the deployment and release processes. Request new
product functionality from internal and external customers, prospects,
and sales. Assist in responding to RFPs and participate in sales calls when
product expertise is required. Lead the day-to-day Data Activation tasks
to ensure that customer SLAs are met. Develop in-depth knowledge of
competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive
strengths and weaknesses. Education and Experience: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a
related field and three (3) years of experience performing big data
application product management, OR, alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree (or
foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,
Business Administration, Information Systems or related field and five
(5) years of experience as indicated above. Special Requirements: Also requires demonstrated expertise (DE): leading in a digital
advertising ecosystem, with a focus on omni-channel marketing; DE managing a
product roadmap, including planning, sales and technical support,
and implementation; DE providing solutions to address customer
insights in a digital advertising environment; DE performing UI design across
different operating and internet systems; DE in marketing development,
including prospect, pricing strategy, market sizing, and ROI analysis; and
DE interfacing with product marketing, engineering, and internal
