Apply today!HR Coordinator Job Details:Schedule: M-F 8:30a - 4:30pm (Hybrid after training)Pay Rate: $28-$30/hrHR Coordinator Job Description:Manage the recruiting, talent, and onboarding process for the business.Work within ADP for all payroll and HR functions.Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.Coordinate with Talent Management and Compliance on various initiatives to ensure recruitment goals are met.Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple open positions.Provide support for HR administrative and compliance functions.Offer backup support for other HR Department positions as needed.Organize and Manage community-based recruiting events.Promote brand and mission at networking events throughout the Region.HR Coordinator Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5+ years in an identical role can replace education.Proficient with ADP Software.Experience developing and executing community events including open houses, networking, employee appreciation, and job fairs.PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
